3. User Eligibility

To use our website and services, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may use our platform with parental or guardian consent.

4. Use of Website

You may only use our website for lawful purposes. Any activities that may disrupt the platform or harm its integrity are prohibited. Violations may lead to restricted access.

5. Donations

Recurring Donations

• Donations are recurring only (monthly or annual subscriptions; no one-time donations).
• By selecting recurring donations, you authorize Everyday Humanitarians to charge the specified amount at each billing cycle.
• Payments are securely processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Donorbox, Stripe). We do not store your payment information.

Admin Fee & Fund Allocation

• A 10% administrative fee is deducted from all donations to cover operational costs.
• The remaining funds are distributed to vetted charities supporting global causes, such as Hunger Relief, Global Health, Human Rights, and Environmental Protection.
• Donations are pooled and distributed bi-annually or quarterly, depending on the amount collected.

6. Charity Selection & Adjustments

• We carefully vet all recipient charities based on impact, financial transparency, sustainability, and local leadership.
• We may adjust the list of supported charities at our discretion to ensure funds are directed to the most effective organizations.
• Regardless of changes, your donations will always support the global causes outlined on our website.

7. Transparency Commitment

Everyday Humanitarians is committed to transparency. We will publish fund distribution reports on our website, detailing how donations are allocated. These reports will be available within 2 weeks after each fund distribution.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

All donations are final and non-refundable, as they directly support charitable initiatives. However, we may issue refunds in the following cases:

• Duplicate donations
• Processing errors
• Unauthorized transactions (e.g., if a stolen card was used)

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction at info@everydayhumanitarians.org.

Recurring Donation Cancellation

• Donors can cancel recurring donations at any time via the Donorbox portal.
• Upon cancellation, no further payments will be processed, and your subscription will end at the conclusion of the current billing cycle.

1. Log in to your Donorbox account.
2. Navigate to subscription settings.
3. Follow the prompts to cancel your recurring donation.

9. Merchandise Sales

Third-Party Fulfillment

• Everyday Humanitarians offers merchandise for sale, but all purchases are processed and fulfilled by Spreadshop, a third-party provider.
• Orders, payments, production, shipping, and returns are subject to Spreadshop’s policies and terms of service.
• Everyday Humanitarians is not responsible for order fulfillment, shipping delays, or product quality issues.

Use of Merchandise Profits

• Proceeds from merchandise sales contribute to Everyday Humanitarians’ operational costs and charitable initiatives.
• We are committed to using these funds in alignment with our mission.

10. User Contributions

Users may submit content (e.g., comments, testimonials) on our platform. By doing so, you confirm that:
