Giving used to feel heavy. We made it light.

Built by someone who kept cancelling her own donations, until she figured out why.

“I built this because I was tired of caring about everything… and doing nothing. Donating didn’t feel good anymore, too many asks, too much pressure. I’d cancel just to breathe. If I felt this way, others do too. Everyday Humanitarians is for all of us who want to help without the headaches. Now we can all do something.”

I built this because I was tired of caring about everything… and doing nothing.

Donating didn’t feel good anymore. I’d scroll past every fundraiser and every pop-up, not because I didn’t care, but because each one added weight to my day. I felt overwhelmed. Too many causes. Too many charities. $10 minimums that felt small at first… but added up fast. The pressure grew, and eventually, I’d cancel my donations just to feel some relief.

Charity updates touch me deeply. And still… I wasn’t giving. And I thought, if someone like me isn’t giving, even though I care so much, how many others feel the same?

That’s when the idea was born.  I created Everyday Humanitarians for people who want to help, but feel overwhelmed. Now we can all do something, without big budgets or big decisions. One tiny action at a time, together.

Why Most People Don't Give

And How We Fixed It

Most people want to help. The system made it hard.

What’s Broken

That’s not a generosity problem. That’s a design problem.

How We’re Fixing It

We’re not a one-cause charity forever. Today we focus on hunger; as we grow, we may add other causes (education, medical, water, animals, environment, and more).

What we actually believe

No one is too broke to do good.

Movements > millionaires.

Giving should feel good. Not draining, not guilty, not heavy.

Charity should be smart.

Real change is global.

Proof isn't optional. It's the whole point.

Everyday Humanitarians is a federally incorporated nonprofit organization in Canada (CNCA), operating globally.

The Founding 30

Our first 30 members, from 10 countries, said yes before anyone knew if this would work. This is them.
