• Operating costs funded separately: Essential operating costs (compliance filings, domain/hosting, core technology, basic communications) are covered by optional tips, merch sales, sponsorships, grants, interest, and other unrestricted revenue—not from your $0.99 donation.
  
  
• Proof fast: We publish a redacted receipt within 24–72 hours after funds leave EH and link a public page/report when available.
  
  

What counts as operating costs

Compliance/filings, domain/hosting, core technology, basic communications, donor tools, and finance/admin tooling—kept prudent and no more than reasonably necessary.

Designated gifts

If you add a designation that fits our purposes, we’ll consider it in good faith. If it becomes impracticable or would risk private benefit, we may reallocate to a substantially similar public-benefit purpose and note the change.

Transparency you can check

Every Action appears on our Impact & Transparency page with the Amount Sent (Net to Action), date, redacted receipt, and, when available, a public program/project link.
